Kindly keep in mind that we produce on demand. We do not stock items. Once an item is printed, unfortunately, it can not be used for any purpose. However, it’s difficult if the order received is not what our customers want. Thus we will support as much as possible for these cases.
You can cancel/change your order within 24 hours of placing your order for any reason. The processing and service fee for cancellation will be charged which is 15% of the total order. Out of time, we will not be able to free cancel/change your order anymore. If your order is shipped out, we can not make any changes/cancel your order any more.
We do not ask this to be a pain, but rather to get your questions asked quicker!
